Before the dancing
Most of a reception is cocktails, dinner, and toasts. It is where the tone of the evening gets set, and it is the part most people leave to chance.
The room
Sound that carries without shouting. Uplighting where the room needs it and nowhere it does not. Most venues need less than you would think.
Your team
Your planner, photographer, caterer, and venue all work to the same timeline. I have worked with enough of them to know when to ask and when to just handle it.
